## Open Positions

- **Cryptography Engineer** (Engineering, Remote, Hybrid) — design and implement quantum-resistant encryption algorithms for our zero-knowledge architecture. Maintain and enhance end-to-end encryption protocols.
- **Security Architect** (Security, Remote, Hybrid) — lead the design and implementation of security architecture. Implement security by design and conduct regular security reviews.
- **Senior Backend Engineer** (Engineering, Remote, Hybrid) — build and scale backend systems powering DragBin's secure cloud storage. Design and implement APIs, optimize database performance, handle millions of encrypted file transfers.
- **Machine Learning Security Researcher** (Research, Remote) — research and develop ML techniques to enhance security systems while maintaining zero-knowledge architecture. Work on anomaly detection, threat prediction, and privacy-preserving ML.
- **Security Operations Engineer** (Security, San Francisco CA, On-site) — monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents. Build and maintain security monitoring infrastructure, automate security processes, conduct penetration testing.
- **Front-End Engineer** (Engineering, Remote) — build and maintain web and mobile applications with a focus on security. Design secure UIs following security best practices.

## Our Remote Work Policy

At DragBin, we embrace flexible work arrangements. Great work can happen anywhere, which is why many positions are remote-friendly. For hybrid positions, team members are typically in the office 1–2 days per week for collaboration and team building. On-site positions are generally for roles that require physical presence for security or infrastructure reasons.

All remote employees receive a home office stipend and we organize regular team retreats to bring everyone together.
