At DragBin, we respect intellectual property rights and are committed to addressing any copyright concerns promptly and fairly.

## Our commitment

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on DragBin without proper authorization, report it to us. We will review your claim promptly and may remove or disable access to infringing material.

## How to report copyright infringement

Email contact@dragbin.com with:

1. **Your contact information** — full name, physical address, phone number and email.
2. **Description of the copyrighted work** allegedly infringed, with details to help identify it.
3. **Location on DragBin** where the work is used without authorization — specific URLs or file paths if possible.
4. **A good-faith statement** that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. **A statement under penalty of perjury** that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.
6. **Your physical or electronic signature.**

## Our response process

1. We promptly review all claims submitted.
2. If valid, we take appropriate action — including removing or disabling access to the material.
3. We notify the user who uploaded the material about the claim and action taken.
4. The user may file a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

## Counter-notification process

Email contact@dragbin.com with: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone number; and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court.

## Important notice

Submitting a copyright infringement claim is a serious matter. False claims may have legal consequences under the DMCA and other applicable laws. Report only genuine infringement.

## Repeat infringer policy

DragBin will terminate accounts subject to repeated copyright infringement claims or that repeatedly fail to respond appropriately to takedown notices.
