# Know what you can store, preview and share

Storage, browser previews and temporary transfers have different limits. Choose the workflow that fits your files.

## Browser preview support

A preview may need to download and decrypt the file in your browser before displaying it. Previewing does not mean no data is transferred to your device.

## Sharing controls have a scope

Passwords, expiry and download controls manage access through DragBin. They cannot revoke a copy someone has already downloaded or prevent screenshots. Link counts, feature access and other service limits can vary by plan and configuration. [Check plan details](/pricing/) before choosing a workflow.
