# DragBin Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DragBin's website, mobile applications and other online products and services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

## Account registration and security

You must create an account with accurate, current and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

**Important:** Due to zero-knowledge encryption, DragBin cannot recover your files if you lose your encryption keys or password. You are responsible for maintaining secure backups.

## Subscription plans and payments

Pricing and features are listed on our website. Fees are charged at the start of each subscription period and auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancellation keeps service active until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

## User content and ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your content. You grant DragBin a limited license to store and transmit encrypted User Content solely to provide the Services. Due to zero-knowledge encryption, we cannot inspect file contents. You warrant that you have rights to your content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or laws.

## Prohibited uses

Do not use DragBin to violate any law, infringe IP rights, distribute malware, disrupt the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or store/transmit illegal content. Violations may result in termination.

## Data security and privacy

End-to-end encryption and zero-knowledge architecture protect your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

## Limitation of liability

DragBin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, use or goodwill. Aggregate liability is capped at the greater of $100 or amounts paid in the past 12 months.

## Modifications and termination

We may modify these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Either party may terminate; on termination your right to use the Services ceases.

## Governing law

Governed by the laws of California; disputes are heard in San Francisco federal or state courts, with binding AAA arbitration if informal resolution fails.
