What is zero-knowledge encryption?
Zero-knowledge encryption means that your data is encrypted before it leaves your device, and only you have the key to decrypt it. Not even we at DragBin can see your photos or videos.
Will Fotos really free up my phone memory?
Yes! After backing up your photos and videos securely, Fotos can optionally remove the original high-resolution files from your device, replacing them with low-resolution thumbnails that use a fraction of the space.
What happens if I exceed 1,000 photos in the free plan?
You can still view and access all your backed-up photos, but new uploads will be paused until the next month or until you upgrade to the unlimited plan.
Can I access my photos when offline?
Yes. Fotos keeps low-resolution versions of your photos on your device so you can always browse your library. High-resolution versions are downloaded on-demand when you have an internet connection.
